FAQ

Do you hold the construction contract, or manage contractors on our behalf?

Either. We can take the contract and deliver the work, or sit on your side of the table and manage the contractors we tender for you. Either way, you get full transparency at all times.

What size of project do you take on?

From a single room to a full industrial facility. What stays constant across that range is the method: a competitive tender you can read, every change priced before approval, and one senior person accountable throughout.

How much of the programme is design and how much is on site?

For a typical commercial fit out, design and tender take roughly a third of the total, and construction takes the rest. The item that moves most is landlord or authority approval, which is why we start it early rather than treating it as paperwork at the end.
